For this book, it is the artist who freely selected the passages that inspired it: Some plates have no less than 20 colours whereas only 5 or 6 were planned.
Limited edition to 232 copies, plus a few copies from artists and collaborators. This one is nominative.
The book is accompanied by the booklet History of a great book Don Quixote illustrated by Dali, with texts by Salvador Dali and Michel Déon of 14 sheets in-folio, proposing texts by the artist and Michel Déon, accompanied by photographs by Robert Descharmes and Paul Almasy featuring Dali drawing his works.
