Arms of Charles Le Goux de La Berchère (1647-1719), bishop of Lavaur, then archbishop of Aix and finally archbishop of Narbonne from 1703 in the centre of the boards. Small missing on the spine. Paper restoration on title page.
ORIGINAL EDITION of this treaty, very useful for the Latin blasonnement, which is systematically given following French. It was reissued in 1659.
