Period full red morocco binding with long grains. Spine with spine with raised bands decorated with gold and cold. Large golden lace in frame of dishes and cold fillets. All edges gilt. Very clean interior The illustration consists of 80 engraved and coloured plates showing mainly costumes and scenes from everyday life in China at the beginning of the 19th century. Cuts and jaws rubbed, spine passed.
