Full soft Havana leather binding decorated on the first plate of the famous composition signed by René LALIQUE representing Chantecler, cold pushed. Lower cap slightly rubbed. Very clean interior. Illustrated with a facsimile of a coloured drawing by Edmond Rostand above the false title. Small stain on the dish. Small stitches on slices.
First performed at the Théâtre de la Porte-Saint-Martin on February 7, 1910.
LIMITED DRAWING. One of the 1000 copies on Japanese imperial paper.
