Les Antimémoires is a work by André Malraux first published in 1967, which constitutes the first part of the Mirror of Limbo. The genre of memoirs is similar to autobiography. The difference lies in the social status of the authors, who have often played a public role. Memoirs are therefore characterized by a focus on major political events in which their author may have been involved. André Malraux, in the opening of the Antimemories, wonders what interest there is in remembering. In the first lines of the book, he refers to the chaplain of the Glières, for whom "there are no grown-ups". Malraux then asked the question of reflection on life.
