FIRST EDITION. One of the first 20 hand-numbered copies on Chinese paper.
Begun as early as 1915 by Toulet but not published due to the war, *Les Trois Impostures* was finally published by Le Divan two years after the author’s death, thanks to the efforts of Henri Martineau.
A very elegantly produced copy, enhanced with an autographed leaf taken from a school notebook on which the final title of the work is written in purple pencil—Toulet’s working color—Les trois impostures, almanac, by Mr. Toulet".
A splendid copy
