Bound in havana morocco, boards adorned with large plates of gilt calf, stamped with an oblique trellis over their entire surface, the upper board mosaicked with a disk of black fillets covering the author's initials, in pearly metallic lettering. Smooth spine with gilt lettering. Cream suede lining and endpaper. Witnessed gilt edges. Cover and spine preserved. Binding signed A. DEVAUCHELLE, dated 2000.
ORIGINAL EDITION. One of 10 numbered copies on Hollande van Gelder paper, the second paper after 6 on Japon impérial. Frontispiece: reproduction of an autograph page by Breton.
