ORIGINAL EDITION of this curious novel of scientific anticipation and mystery. One of only a few copies on Japon, the only large paper, whose edition is not specified.
Roussel uses a process (a formal linguistic constraint) to generate his stories, often based on puns, homophonies or variations on starting phrases. This process produces incredibly complex scenes, disconnected from any realistic logic.
Raymond Roussel's masterpiece.
