Turquoise morocco linings adorned with a mosaic orange morocco noodle style frame and golden fillets, blue moire guards. Binding signed H. BLANCHETIERE. Perfect interior. 

FIRST EDITION. One of the 70 numbered copies on Holland, only large paper after 20 on China and 10 on Japan.

Paul Bourget was an art lover and collector. In this book, an expert believes he recognizes a painting by Leonardo da Vinci .
