In a bordered case. Bound in old red full morocco. Spine with 4 raised bands bearing the gilt title and decorated with cold stamping and mosaic motifs. Dishes decorated with a wide border with cold arabesque motifs decorated with mosaic pastilles in various colours and small golden dots. Inside frame designed by a double gilt fillet and four burgundy scrolls, arabesque motif with mosaic pastilles at the corners, lining and red moire guards. Gilded edges on witnesses. Cover and spine preserved. Binding signed Ch. SEPTIER.
Illustrated with 18 compositions by Georges ROCHEGROSSE engraved in etchings in colors by E. Decisy, 6 of them full page.
