Bound in full sand morocco. Smooth spine with golden title in length. First dish framed by 3 rectangles of uneven golden fillets (concentric bases, dislocated vertices) with a golden mosaic title. Thin strip of green morocco running flat and spine in the first lower quarter. Embedded hunts also framed, reserve of counterplate and blue moiré evening guard, second marbled paper guards in the same harmony, triple covering sheet. All gold edges on witnesses. Cover and spine preserved; in its lined case. Binding signed MAROT-RODDE. With etchings and chisels by Bernard NAUDIN.

Limited edition to 351 copies, this one the n°8, one of the 50 of head on Japan (after a single copy) containing an additional state of the illustrations. Copy enriched with an original signed drawing.
