Jules-Hippolyte Percher, aka Harry Alis, born on 7 October 1857 in Couleuvre in the Allier and died on 1 March 1895 in Neuilly-sur-Seine following a tragic duel at the age of 38, is a French journalist and writer who headed the French branch of the Dalziel Agency.
