In case and shirt in half vellum. Ivory vellum binding, spine and sides decorated with green, black and ochre gouache compositions, gold edges on witnesses. First illustrated edition, decorated with 71 original lithographs in and out of text by the painter André MARCHAND.
Limited edition to 170 copies numbered on Arches cloth, this one signed by the artist and named. It is enriched with a complete suite on White Malacca of lithographs, a handwritten submission from the author and artist, with an ORIGINAL DRAWING in ink and 2 MANUSCRITED LETTERS from Marchand about the ornamentation of the binding and a facsimile of a letter from Queneau.
