Dishes framed with gilded and cold fillets struck with the alliance arms of the Regnier house (the great judge Régnier, made Duke of Massa in 1809). Floral border mosaic inside the boards. Double guards including one of green memory, double covers preserved including one illustrated. All edges gilt. Illustrated with 30 stencil illuminated compositions by Léon LEBEGUE and 1 state of concussions in colour before the letter on Japan and 1 state in black on China.
ORIGINAL EDITION and FIRST EDITION limited to 350 numbered copies. This one of the on Imperial Japan with three states of illustrations.
