Second edition. It is preceded by a notice on Brillat-Savarin by Baron Richerand, which is here in its original edition. (Vicar, 117. Simon, 253. Oberlé, 145). Half-basane tawny binding. Smooth spines decorated along with golden rock iron. All marbled slices. Fields slightly rubbed on volume 1. (Binding of the time). Interior with freckles, but which do not prevent reading.
