Almanac of the City and Diocese of Troy: brown solid-bound. Smooth spine with gilt fillets and gilt fleurons, with brown morocco piece . Wear of the head covers. Triple fillets in the frame and gilt fleurons on the covers. All slices gilded. Contains an unfolding document at the end of the book.

Almanach de Troyes (1847 and 1848) : Black half-shell binding. Spine with four raised bands with double fillets, gilt fillets, gilt title and date. All edges speckled. Scattered small foxes. Contents decorated with black and white off-text engravings and drawings. Small folds on the first ones of the 1847 copy.

Almanac-directory of Troyes and the department of Aube: red half-binding. Smooth spine with fillets, frames, fleurons and gilt titles. Gilt date on the heel. All edges speckled. Scattered freckles. Bookplate affixed on the first back cover. Contents of illustrations in black and white off-text.

LIMITED PRINTING. Volume 2 is one of 3000 numbered copies on plain paper.

Volume 1 with royal privilege at the end of the work.

Set of 4 volumes that take us through the History of France over almost 70 years. An opportunity for the reader to observe the evolution of French society through a type of work that became quite popular in the 19th century. And it must be said that change has taken place, as the nature of the information contained in each of these small copies differs from one to the other.
